The only reason I took off one star is because I have been using your company for years for various events for my restaurant and have never had to pay ahead of time to begin production. I have always paid when picking up with signs. This time it was for my wedding, and although I have absolutely no problem paying ahead of time, it was never clearly stated that production wasn't going to be started until payment was received. It added a lot of unnecessary stress to the week, where had I known your policy changed, I would have paid instantly to start production.
